CCS rule-making information

Title 132Q of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) contains the rules of Community Colleges of Spokane, which includes Spokane Community College, Spokane Falls Community College, District Administration and Facilities.

  • On October 10, 2017 Community Colleges of Spokane filed emergency rules with the Code Reviser’s Office pertaining to the Public Records Act. The emergency rules are needed in order to comply with EHB 1595 and RCW 42.56.120. The changes also allow CCS to be reimbursed for the costs associated with fulfilling its duties under the Public Records Act.  CCS will soon be starting the process to make the emergency rules permanent.
