We have transitioned to new technology – called ctcLink – that changed how users enroll for classes, process payroll, conduct purchasing and much more.

What is ctcLink?

ctcLink is the software that we use for most of our student, faculty and staff operations such as student applications and registration or employee payroll and business operations, just to name a few. All students (even non-credit students), faculty and staff need to go online to get a ctcLink identification set up so that they can log into the system.

ctcLink software is managed by the Washington State Board of Community and Techincal Colleges (SBCTC), the state’s system of 34 public community and technical colleges. Community Colleges of Spokane and Tacoma Community College began using the new ctcLink tools in August 2015 as part of a pilot project. Eventually all 34 colleges will use ctcLink for their operations.
