Many low-cost services -- ranging from pedicures and haircuts by student cosmetologists to great meals at Spokane Community College’s student-managed restaurant Orlando’s -- are open to the public.We also offer dozens of arts and entertainment programs – as well as classes and workshops that emphasize personal and professional development throughout the year. We even have offerings for the younger set -- programs like Spokane Falls Community College's Summer Youth College, Spokane County Head Start/Early Head Start/ECEAP, sports camps and neighborhood parent cooperative preschools.
