K-12 Partners
As of June 2014, forty-two (42) schools districts in Washington have joined the project.  (A complete list of participating districts is provided below.)  These districts represent the CCS and Yakima Valley Community College service areas fairly well, but the project is interested in adding additional districts.

So, if your district is located in eastern and central Washington (i.e. east of the Cascades) and you're interested in joining the project, please review the New Member Resources provided below.  Contact a STIP representative if  you have any questions.

Data Submission Specification

Submitting Your Data to STIP
Because these data are protected under the federal Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), file submissions must be performed using a secure web site.  Every STIP partner will receive a free secured directory on the STIP ShareFile site. The person identified as your Technical Contact in the Data Sharing MOU will be the default account-holder for your organization, although you may request that others be added.  These accounts allow you to upload and download files to your secured directory.

Access the secure web site at:  https://STIP.Sharefile.com
