The CCS HR Office provides direct service and specialized consultation to the administration, management, faculty and staff of CCS in the following areas/subject matters: classification, compensation, policy/procedure and legal analysis, labor and employee relations, personnel-related file system management, recruitment and selection, regulatory compliance management, employee and workplace safety, and training and development programs. This site's information and assistance are organized around these programmatic areas.
