This presentation discusses cumulative stress factors that have been experienced as a result of stressful conditions in the world and the State workplace. Causes and signs of stress, the dangers of ignoring stress, and various remedies and self-care techniques are discussed. The presentation addresses fears many have about the future and normalize appropriate feelings.
