Community Colleges of Spokane Alumni Association
Awards First Alumni Association Scholarship

The Community Colleges of Spokane Alumni Association created the Alumni Association Scholarship in the Fall of 2008. Since that time, through the generosity of our donors, the association raised more than $2,500 and has awarded the First Annual Alumni Association Scholarship in the amount of $1,500. The first recipient for the 2009-2010 academic year is Mr. Terry Sieglock. Terry is a Biomedical Equipment Technician student at Spokane Community College and came highly recommended by his instructors. Terry says,
"I really enjoy the program I'm enrolled in and like working with computers, the equipment and the challenges it brings to me."
A 2000 University High School graduate, after taking eight years off from school, Terry made the Vice President's honor roll his first quarter. Terry is the son of an Alumni Association member and was also chosen as one of the First Annual Bright Promise Scholarship recipients this spring.
Congratulations!
