Tuition Due Dates for International Students at
Spokane Community College & Spokane Falls Community College

NEW STUDENTS

New IELP Students:

• Full tuition (100%) is due before the first day of the quarter.

• If payment is not made, you will not participate in placement testing. If you miss placement testing, you cannot attend classes. You need to take all IELP classes in order to keep your F1 visa status.

New Academic Students:

• Full tuition (100%) is due within 24 hours of registering for classes.

• If payment is not made, you will be dropped from your classes and will have to register again. The classes you had originally been registered for may be full when you attempt to register again, but you still must take at least 12 credits each quarter in order to keep your F1 visa status.

CURRENT STUDENTS

Current IELP Students:

• Full tuition (100%) is due by the CCS tuition due date.

• If payment is not made, you will be dropped from your classes and will have to register again. The classes you had originally been registered for may be full when you attempt to register again, but you still must take at least 12 credits each quarter in order to keep your F1 visa status.

SPECIAL TUITION NOTE FOR GOVERNMENT-SPONSORED STUDENTS

If you are a government-sponsored student (e.g. SACM), you must provide your financial guarantee to the Global Education Program Officer at your college by the due dates outlined above.

• If you cannot provide your financial guarantee by the due date, then you must pay the tuition yourself. You will be reimbursed for the tuition if/when your financial guarantee is provided.

• If you cannot provide your financial guarantee and do not pay the tuition yourself, you cannot register for or attend classes and will not keep your F1 visa status.
