Redneck comedy takes stage at SFCC

Life and death in the Deep South are not without tribulation. And in the case of the Turpin family, it will certainly make you laugh. Join the cast of “Dearly Departed,” as they manage a redneck family crisis in the latest Spokane Falls Community College Revelers Drama Club production running 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12 – 14 and 19 – 21 with matinees 2 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 15 and Sunday, Nov. 22 in the SFCC Playhouse located in the Communications Building. Bldg. 5, 3410 W. Fort George Wright Dr.
The all-student cast and crew features Daniel Varavin as Bud Turpin; Rushelle Provoncha as Raynelle Turpin; David Honeycutt as Ray-Bud Turpin; Katherine Kruse as Lucille; Tony Morales as Junior; Merrin Field as Suzanne Turpin; Erin Schulz as Marguerite; Greg Collinge as Royce; Jamie Smith as Delightful; Geoff Lange as Rev. Hooker and many more.
Admission is $8 suggested donation. Non-perishable food items are accepted at the door for the Nov. 15 Food Bank benefit matinee.
