Did you know 70 percent of adults with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD) such as autism, Down syndrome, or cerebral palsy live at home with their parents or other family caregivers? "Life after High School" is a six-part series designed to help parents and caregivers navigate the complex support system for people with I/DD to create a richer life for their children.
