Board Policy Manual

The Board of Trustees may adopt board policies regarding matters affecting the operations of Community Colleges of Spokane. Such policies constitute the district’s governance position on the matter until amended, repealed or superseded by the board.  Board policies are compiled and published on the CCS Internet and accessible to the public and college community.

The Chancellor adopts and implements administrative procedures to carry out board policies.  Administrative procedures are compiled and published on the CCS Internet and accessible to the public and college community.
