5.10.01 Accounts Receivable

Community Colleges of Spokane will provide adequate controls, audit trails, prompt recording, collection, follow-up and remedy of accounts receivable. Administrative procedures in accordance with this policy will ensure consistent accounts receivable, billing, collection and write-off practices.
