Community Colleges of Spokane will provide, within available resources, a comprehensive program of information technologies, including technological infrastructure and related services to support instruction and learning, student services, support and administration; to promote efficient operations and enhance communications; and to provide requisite skills to students and staff.

The management and use of information technology resources will follow a district-wide technology plan that will address planning, implementation, and support systems required to ensure and maintain the efficient and effective use of technology. Separate college information technology plans may be developed to address unique campus needs and shall be coordinated and compatible with the district-wide plan.
