Will my credits really transfer?
Yes! Each year, thousands of our students transfer to four-year universities.

Types of transfer degrees

To help make your transfer easy, we have created special transfer degrees and university articulations.  Transfer degrees satisfy all general education requirements, vary by major, and are accepted by all public universities in Washington.  University articulations are special programs of study that transfer to a particular university.

Should I finish my degree before I transfer?

In most cases, students are better off completing an associate's degree before transferring, because it ensures all your credits transfer.  However, some students choose to transfer before graduation.  Washington universities will consider you to be a transfer students after you have completed 40 quarter credits.
